(1) Before starting the work assigned to the commission, the chairman and members of the commission must take the oath of office and confidentiality in the format as per the schedule.
(2) According to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Act …………. The chairman of the formed commission must take the oath of office and secrecy before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the other members before the chairman.
(3) According to the subsection (2) of section 3 of the Act, the chairman of the commission established by ………….. shall take the oath of office and confidentiality before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or the judge of the Supreme Court appointed by him and the other members shall take the oath of office and secrecy before the chairman.
